Sisi and Putin discuss bilateral relations at Sochi

“President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, will hold a summit meeting with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to discuss boosting bilateral relations in various fields at all levels, at the Russian city of Sochi”; said presidential spokesman Bassam Radi.

“Within the framework of partnership and strategic cooperation agreement inked between Egypt and Russia, and the ness of both countries are keen on promoting consultations on issues of mutual interest”, Radi said.

Sisi will hold one-on-one meetings with African leaders participating in the Russia-Africa summit in Sochi.

“He will also attend the launching of the Russia-Africa economic forum, which focus on ways to develop trade cooperation and economic relations between Russia and African countries”, he said.
The two-day Russia-Africa summit in the Black Sea resort city of Sochi is the first summit of its kind.
