Cairo hosts EDEX 2021 (29 November – 2 December)

Cairo is hosting the second Egypt’s Defence Expo ‘EDEX 2021’ at the Cairo International Convention and Exhibition Centre, between 29 November and 2 December.

This year the expo is includes 21 international pavilions with 400 exhibitors from across the globe, and over 30,000 visitors. Military attaches of foreign embassies and diplomatic missions in Cairo and military advisors attend the expo.

“The expo creates new opportunities for cooperation between Egypt and several countries. EDEX is an effective international venue to showcase the latest military systems”, Egypt’s Minister of Defence, Mohamed Zaky, said in previous remarks.
