Egyptian expats urged to register data ahead of parliamentary elections

Egypt Today

The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on Egyptian expatriates to register their data on the official website of the National Elections Authority (NEA), ahead of the parliamentary elections.

“Egyptian citizens abroad can register their data from 27 September to 10 October”, according to the Foreign Ministry statement.

Registered voters will be able to print their ballot papers and vote via mail at the scheduled dates.

This coincides with the NEA’s invitation to Egyptians abroad to participate in the 2020 House of Representatives elections, and the issuance of a resolution to organize the vote of Egyptian expats during the parliamentary elections.

You can visit the NEA website via: www.elections.eg .
