Sudan seeks removal from terrorism sponsors list

The Sudanese Foreign Minister Asmaa Abdullah said, on Monday, Khartoum is seeking to remove Sudan from list of state sponsors of terrorism,.

In an interview with Al Arabiya Al Hadath channel, Abdullah said “the Foreign Ministry will act to achieve that for Sudan; to become open to the international community, particularly at the economic and financial levels”.

Abdullah had taken the constitutional oath as the first female foreign minister of Sudan in the government of Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdouk.
